What to Include in Your RFQ
| 1. Product family | Open frame / tubular / latching / electromagnet / AC laminated, or “not sure” and we will recommend. See the product range. |

| 2. Electrical | Supply voltage (AC or DC), available power, duty cycle (how long ON vs OFF). |
| 3. Mechanical | Required stroke (mm), force at the working stroke point, envelope limits (L×W×H), mounting. |
| 4. Environment | Ambient temperature, humidity or washdown, expected mechanical life. |
| 5. Commercial | Annual quantity or batch size, target price range if you have one, required delivery schedule. |
| 6. Reference | An existing part number (ours or another maker’s) or a drawing. Photos of the current part help; see the cross-reference guide. |
Standard Model or Custom?
If a standard model fits, we quote it directly: 44 models are documented in the part number index. If not, our engineering team proposes a custom design from your parameters; roughly half of our production is customer-specific, so a custom part is a normal path, not an exception.
